RCCI is a centre for special needs children offering training and education in regard to speech and language problems.  The centre is renowned for being a centre of excellence - being founded by Shiranee Joseph de Saram a qualified Consultant Speech Language Pathologist who was instrumental in establishing a speech and language programme in Sri Lanka .

Asha Trust is supporting the RCCI in providing a programme of care and support to 8 autistic children.
